Position: PO Regional Manager (Partner Office)
Location :- (Kanpur, Noida, Gurugram, Indore/Raipur, Ludhiana)

710 PO Territory Managers (POTMs)
(Initially starting with 7 POTMs)
Role Summary
The PO Regional Manager is responsible for expanding and managing Partner Offices across the assigned region by leading a team of 710 PO Territory Managers (initially starting with 7 POTMs). The role focuses on Partner Office recruitment, activation, productivity management, people development, and training, ensuring achievement of FYP/WFYP and KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 710 PO Territory Managers (Initially starting with 7 POTMs)
- Drive Partner Office recruitment and onboarding through POTMs
- Ensure activation, productivity, and consistency of Partner Offices
- Own and deliver regional Business targets (WFYP,PO Coding, PO Activation and persistency)
- Conduct regular training sessions, field coaching, and joint working with POTMs
- Focus on people development, capability building, and skill enhancement of POTMs
- Enable Partner Offices through sales training, product knowledge, and process training
- Build strong relationships with PO Heads and key partners
- Ensure adherence to process, quality, and compliance standards

Candidate Profile
Education
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
Experience
- 812 years of experience in sales / distribution / BFSI
- Minimum 35 years managing sales teams
- Strong exposure to partnerled or agency distribution models
