Role Description
The Regional Manager will manage three regional operations, focusing on achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and driving business growth. The role involves developing and executing regional strategies, new products devlopment, mentoring a team, monitoring market trends, and ensuring seamless communication between teams and upper management. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Nashik, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, and driving revenue growth
- Market analysis and strategic planning skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis to monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office responsibilities with remote tasks
- Prior experience in the chemicals, specialty chemicals, or pigments industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field; an MBA.
