The key responsibilities are -

  • Drive profitable regional sales growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Extensively work in the grid technology domain, build business in transformers, HV substation and services domain
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with execution teams.
  • Leverage market, customer, and competitive insights to create winning value propositions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Promote digital mindset and implement agile, technology-driven sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely collections and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and offerings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Grid Technology Sales - South Regional Manager should have:

  • 15+ years of sales or business development experience, in the grid technology domain.
  • Experience in both product and service in the grid technology space. The candidate should also have an exposure in the digitization of grid and digital infrastructure
  • Holds an engineering degree, with additional management qualifications being an advantage.
  • Demonstrates strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Exhibits a sharp business mindset with excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Shows proven leadership capability with a natural ability to lead and develop teams.

What's on Offer

The candidate will get a chance to lead the regional sales for the grid technology domain for a leading player in the Power Industry. The role will focus on the South India market and will involve managing and growing team in the region for the Grid Technology domain
