Job Description

Core Responsibilities :

Credit & Collection Governance: Lead end-to-end credit control operations, ensuring regional performance meets DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and monthly collection targets.
Risk Underwriting: Review and approve high-ticket credit applications, assessing borrower creditworthiness through financial statement analysis and market intelligence.
Portfolio Monitoring: Regularly review aging reports and overdue buckets to initiate escalations or legal recovery actions for chronic defaulters.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Sales and Operations heads to resolve any disputes and unblock long-running issues that hinder payment.
Team Leadership: Manage a regional team of credit officers and collection executives, defining their KPIs and ensuring process discipline.
