Regional Manager – Study Abroad

Company: Canam Consultants

Role Summary:

Lead and manage regional operations for all study abroad destinations including Canada, Australia, UK, and USA, ensuring business growth, team performance, and student recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional operations and admissions teams across all destinations
  • Drive student enrollments, revenue growth, and business targets
  • Manage and mentor counselors, branch managers, and destination teams
  • Develop sales strategies and monitor team performance
  • Ensure high-quality student counseling and application processes
  • Build relationships with universities, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain operational compliance and CRM reporting

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree
  • 7–10 years experience in overseas education industry
  • Strong knowledge of Canada, Australia, UK, and USA admission processes
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication, sales, and business development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple branches and regional operations

Preferred

  • Experience handling multi-destination teams
  • Strong network with international universities and partners
  • Target-driven leadership with operational management expertise
