Role Overview
The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving brand visibility, product specifications, and business growth through architects, interior designers, Electrical consultants The role focuses on building long-term relationships with the architect fraternity, ensuring product approvals, and generating project-based business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect Engagement
- Develop strong relationships with architects and Electrical consultants.
- Conduct regular architect visits and presentations.
- Secure product specifications incommercial, and institutional projects.
2. Specification & Project Marketing
- Ensure company products are approved in BOQs and tender documents.
- Track upcoming projects through architect networks.
- Coordinate with project sales team for conversion of specified projects.
- Maintain project pipeline visibility.
3. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities and product positioning.
- Identify new product opportunities based on market feedback.
- Provide regular reporting on specifications and project movement.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Product teams.
- Supportsales managers in closing architect-driven projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 510 years in Architect Marketing / Specification Sales / Project Marketing
- Prior experience in Switch Gear/ Building material / Construction Products preferred
- Strong network with architects and interior designers in the assigned region
- Graduation required; MBA (Marketing) preferred
