Position: Regional Logistics Head (Secondary Logistics)
Location : Gwalior/ Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh
Job Responsibilities :
- Regular auditing of warehouses for infrastructure requirements
- Ensures availability of vehicles on time and timely clearance of bills of vendors
- Prepare regular, and accurate status progress reports – MIS and traceability dashboards
- Support CFAs and transporters to ensure systems and reporting are in place for effective distribution of stock
- Regular co-ordination with sales and service teams for resolution of any red flags
- Regular interface with internal tools – Logistics Control Tower and Warehouse Management System for SLA adherence and monitoring purposes
- Undertakes regular assessment of CFAs and transporters in assigned region
- Provide inputs on quality of manpower recruited by CFAs
- Identification and first cut negotiation with right transporters and landlords
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Sciences, Supply chain management, Commerce or related field
- Additional training in supply chain is an added advantage
- At least four (4) years work experience in a similar role. Previous field and driving /riding experience will be an added advantage
