Job Description:
Drive the LAH business in the respective region and ensure achieving the regional target month on month.
Provide training to the LAH champions (Branch level employees)periodically
Coordinate with LAH admin team, Branches team , Digital team, and ensure the loan disbursement with in the TAT
Ensure the LAH business development in the respective region through different channels
Ensure the appointment of ACC in all branches and ensure branch contribution
Ensure 100% conversion of digital leads
Eligibility
A candidate who is currently working as AM GR - II & above can apply
The candidate Should possess good communication skills in the local language.
Required Computer, excel and Liaison skills.
2 years of experience in Gold loan vertical.
Minimum 2 years of experience in doorstep Gold loan service admin team management
