OnMeta is India's leading fiat on-ramp and off-ramp platform, enabling seamless fiat payment processing for Web3 companies. Founded by IIT graduates, we've raised $1.5M from Skycatcher, Polygon Ventures, GSF Fund, and Digital Currency Group. We serve 100+ clients globally including leading wallets and dApps — processing payments across 16 blockchains. OnMeta is launching a new vertical and we need a Regional Lead to own the launch across South India.
This isn't a manage existing ops role. You'll be building from scratch — GTM strategy, distribution, user growth, team. If you've ever wanted to run a business within a business, this is it.
What you'll own:
- Full P&L ownership for a new product vertical across AP & Telangana
- Distribution strategy: digital acquisition, community building, and on-ground activation
- Build and lead a cross-functional team (BD, ops, marketing support)
- Drive the region from 0 to 1M+ users
- Be the voice of the market back to product & leadership
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years in fintech, BFSI, crypto, or consumer tech
- You've built something from scratch before (a region, a product line, a market)
- You believe in Bitcoin — not just intellectually, but personally
- Deep understanding of Tier 1 & Tier 2 markets in South India
- Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and owning outcomes
- Telugu/Hindi fluency preferred
Big plus if you've:
- Sold digital gold, crypto, or digital financial products to retail consumers
- Built distribution or growth in AP/Telangana specifically
- Led on-ground teams in Tier 2/3 markets
