Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the SD team to enhance capabilities and productivity.
  • Build advanced sales strategies and maximize team performance.

Client Engagement & Sales Strategy

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies combining legacy solutions with Tech & IoT platforms.
  • Work with JLL IFM, S&P, and SD teams to provide optimal client solutions.

Partnerships & Compliance

  • Work with strategic partners and suppliers to build a strong network of services across MTS portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize processes and outcomes.
