Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the SD team to enhance capabilities and productivity.
- Build advanced sales strategies and maximize team performance.
Client Engagement & Sales Strategy
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies combining legacy solutions with Tech & IoT platforms.
- Work with JLL IFM, S&P, and SD teams to provide optimal client solutions.
Partnerships & Compliance
- Work with strategic partners and suppliers to build a strong network of services across MTS portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize processes and outcomes.
