Regional Lead - Solutions Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Solutions Development (SD) Team within Mobile Engineering Services in India.
• Develop and implement sales strategies by combining legacy solutions with Tech & IoT platforms.
• Collaborate closely with JLL IFM, S&P, and Solutions Development Teams to deliver maximum value to clients.
• Build advanced sales strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency of the SD team.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with strategic partners and suppliers to establish a strong service network across the MTS portfolio.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
