We specialize in digitizing offline regional hubs to bring the best selections to the next billion users. Our culture is defined by a relentless drive to make suppliers successful, a user first mindset, and a bias for speed over perfection. We operate with extreme autonomy - if you see a problem, you own the solution.

About The Role

As a Regional Lead, you will be responsible for the growth trajectory of an entire region. You will manage a team of BDEs & leads, ensuring that your region consistently delivers high-quality supply. Your role is a blend of strategic market expansion, project ownership, and rigorous operational discipline. • Own the end-to-end selection sourcing and acquisition targets for the region, ensuring 10x growth through multi-hub coordination.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Leads & BDEs to drive high performance while enforcing strict ground-level discipline and operational rigor.
  • Take full ownership of launching and scaling new initiatives, such as pilot programs for niche categories, new scaling projects and more.
  • Scale Meesho's footprint by identifying emerging regional trends, seasonal supply peaks, and white-space opportunities in new categories.
  • Generate and leverage granular field data to lead independent projects aimed at improving OD (Seller activation) coverage and supply health.
  • Act as the key regional stakeholder to collaborate with Central Category and Operations teams to align supply with platform demand.
  • Build scalable processes that allow the region to pivot quickly to new category directions or seasonal shifts.

What You Will Need

  • Experience: 4 to 6 years in Sales, Business Development, or Supplier Acquisition, with a track record of project & team management.
  • A Bachelor's or MBA degree in any field.
  • Demonstrated ability to run complex projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision.
  • High proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel/SQL to turn raw data into a strategic Point of View (POV) for new projects.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment, managing distributed teams across Tier 2/3 cities
  • Possess strong communication and influence skills to effectively pitch new initiatives to leadership, provide clear direction to field teams, and leverage deep local market knowledge with a user-first approach
