Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and select candidates to meet organizational needs.
- Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
- Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including document collection, induction programs, and system setup.
- Ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.
2. Employee Engagement and Development
- Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and regular feedback mechanisms.
- Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
- Support career progression by assisting in performance reviews and development plans
3. HR Operations and Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, payroll inputs, and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and regulatory standards.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
4. Performance Management
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
5. Offboarding and Exit Management
- Manage the exit process, including resignation handling, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with final settlements, recoveries, and handover formalities.
- Gather insights from exit interviews to improve retention and workplace policies.
Technical Skills
