Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Regional Human Resources Business Partner for our Eastern Region. This role involves right implementation of HR strategies at grass root level to support business goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive employee relations environment. Additional responsibilities include managing HR processes, handling performance management processes, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with organizational objectives.
