Regional Human Resources Business Partner

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Regional Human Resources Business Partner for our Eastern Region. This role involves right implementation of HR strategies at grass root level to support business goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive employee relations environment. Additional responsibilities include managing HR processes, handling performance management processes, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with organizational objectives.

Required

• Understanding and experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and experience ensuring legal compliance
• Skills in managing Performance Management systems and facilitating employee development
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site, fast-paced environment
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the retail or jewelry industry is an advantage
