Meetmanpowerrequirementandprovide all HR administrative supporttonewjoineesaswellasexistingemployeesat the regions

RECRUITMENT: 1. Facilitate manpower hiring acrosstheregioniswithinBudgetandasperapprovedmanpowerplan2.SourceallpositionsuptoManagerlevelwithinTAT3.Ensurequalityofhirewithinthespecifiedparameter4.Closeallcriticalpositionsinshortest possible time within the hiring budget5. Ensurerecruitments are done with an optimum sourcing mix tomaintaincostwithinbudget.6.Ensurecompensationalignment for all recruitments (within given bands) duringthe hiringprocess

HROPERATIONS:1.Providefunctionaldirection&ensuresmooth&uniformdeliveryofHROpsissuespertainingtojoining,compensation,exitsetcacrossbranches, regions & verticals2. Coordinate and resolveemployeequerywithcontactpointsinHR/Payroll3.Provide support/assistance for smooth transition to thesharedservicesmodelandactasthefirstpointofescalationforunresolvedqueries.ATTRITIONMANAGEMENT:1. Conduct structured exit interview forall exits upto Manager level and record the same.2.Analyse attrition in the region and identify key reasonscontributing maximum to the attrition numbers3. Devisemechanisms,steps&localinitiatives(likeskiplevels,open house sessions etc) to address employee concerns&arrestthefactorscontributingmosttotheattritionbucket.4. Partner with BM/BH in counselling session ofemployeesduringbranchvisitsincaseofdisciplinary/

attitudinalissues

ExecuteallODinitiatives&otherinitiatives of corporate HR to achieveahighlyengagedworkforceatthezones.

OD INTERVENTIONS/ INITIATIVES: 1. Conduct

variousemployeeengagement/funinitiatives/activitiesacross the region from time to time2. Emphasise onemployee referral policy and encourage employees forenhanced participation3. Guide BMs with the process ofhandling cases of indiscipline, abscondance, PIP & otherER issues4. Drive initiatives like Poornata, OHS actionplanning,Goalsetting,Q12etc.fromtimetotime5.Conduct structured induction program for all new joinees,immediatelyonjoining.

HRNORMS: 1.Ensureadherencetonormsasperchecklist(statutoryandaudit)whileconductingbranch


visits.2.Ensureescalationofnon-adherencecasesand

adoptingmeasuresforfastresolution.3.Educatesales

andsupportstaffbyaddressingonvariousHRnorms

during branch visits in cases of non-adherence.

HANDLINGERISSUES: 1.EnsureCodeofconduct

satisfactorily&speedilyresolutionofanyER issuesinthe region.
