Coordinate and resolveemployeequerywithcontactpointsinHR/Payroll3.Provide support/assistance for smooth transition to thesharedservicesmodelandactasthefirstpointofescalationforunresolvedqueries.ATTRITIONMANAGEMENT:1. Conduct structured exit interview forall exits upto Manager level and record the same.2.Analyse attrition in the region and identify key reasonscontributing maximum to the attrition numbers3. Devisemechanisms,steps&localinitiatives(likeskiplevels,open house sessions etc) to address employee concerns&arrestthefactorscontributingmosttotheattritionbucket.4. Partner with BM/BH in counselling session ofemployeesduringbranchvisitsincaseofdisciplinary/ attitudinalissues |
