Job Description

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Overseeing recruitment efforts within the region, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Employee Relations: Handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters within the region
  • Training and Development: Coordinating training and development programs for employees in the region, ensuring that they have access to necessary skills and knowledge
  • Compliance: Ensuring that HR practices and policies comply with regional labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Benefits and Compensation: Managing employee benefits and compensation programs for the region, including salary structures and incentives
  • Performance Management: Implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborating with regional and corporate leadership to plan for workforce needs, including hiring, promotions, and restructuring
