Key Responsibilities
Business & Revenue Growth
● Own and drive regional revenue targets across products (online courses,
hybrid/classroom programs, test prep, etc.).
● Plan and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national business goals.
● Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue,
ARPU).
● Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas within the region.
Sales & Team Management
● Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Managers, City Heads, Branch Managers, and
large inside sales teams.
● Ensure hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of sales teams.
● Set clear KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and drive a high-performance culture.
●Handle escalations and ensure closure of high-value deals.
Operational Excellence
● Ensure smooth execution of sales operations, onboarding, and post-sales coordination.
● Work closely with onboarding, operations, finance, and academic teams for seamless
delivery.
● Maintain compliance with company processes, pricing, and discounting policies.
Marketing & Lead Management
● Collaborate with marketing teams on regional campaigns, events, school/college
partnerships, and offline activations.
● Optimize lead utilization, conversion ratios, and follow-up processes.
● Track ROI of regional marketing initiatives.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Act as the key point of contact for regional stakeholders and senior leadership.
● Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback with central
teams.
● Ensure brand representation and customer satisfaction across the region.

● Deep understanding of EdTech / B2C sales (Inside Sales + Offline).
● Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
● Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Eligibility & Experience
● 8–12+ years of experience in sales/business leadership roles.
● Minimum 3–5 years in managing large regional or multi-city teams.
● Prior experience in EdTech, Education, BFSI, Telecom, or Consumer Internet preferred.
● Proven track record of achieving large-scale revenue targets.
