Responsibilities:
Process & Underwriting Management:
- Supervise process management to ensure timely and quality underwriting for business loans.
- Educate and train the team for better process efficiency and optimum productivity.
- Ensure adherence to audit compliances.
Portfolio Quality Management:
- Review portfolio trends on key parameters frequently.
- Highlight hits and misses and implement corrective measures to maintain portfolio quality.
Business Enablement & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business units and channel partners to drive business enhancement.
- Innovate and implement best practices in policy modification, process, cost efficiency, and product strategies.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance.
- Create a dynamic environment providing development opportunities and motivating high performance.
- Conduct training, provide performance feedback, and nurture talent.
Product & Market Knowledge:
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and in-depth understanding of the South market.
