Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Regional Head. As a Regional Head, you will oversee regional operations, build and manage high-performing sales teams, and drive revenue targets. You will develop and implement strategic plans, establish market presence, and cultivate strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Identifying and analyzing market trends to capitalize on growth opportunities will also be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Proficiency in developing and executing strategic business plans focused on regional growth
  • Demonstrated expertise in real estate, property transactions, or related fields
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster partnerships with stakeholders and clients
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in a high-paced business environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on-site in Pune Division
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Familiarity with technology-driven tools and platforms in the real estate domain is an advantage.
