Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune City for a Branch Head at Loans Paradise. The Branch Head will oversee daily retail loan sales, branch operations, manage client relationships, and ensure target achievement. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, leading and supporting the team, acquiring new customers, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The role also involves monitoring market trends and identifying growth opportunities to improve branch performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to meet targets
• Sales and business development experience, including identifying new opportunities and acquiring clients
• Knowledge of financial services, banking products, and lending processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the financial services or banking industry
