Responsibilities
The Regional Head is responsible for the following processes at Sabka Dentist Dental Clinics in Bangalore.
- Operational Management: Ensuring all clinics are working smoothly.
- Clinical Excellence: Ensuring that the dentists and the staff at all the clinics are providing the best possible dental care to patients, ensuring the best possible prognosis.
- Hiring & Team Building: Staffing and Hiring dentists, receptionists and assistants for clinics.
- Training & Development: Lead and Train the staff by example. This is a field job and requires the zonal head to actual move around all clinics continuously training and developing the team by hands on training at the clinics by treating patients and training by example.
- Revenue Management: Ensuring the revenue budgets of the Bangalore zone are achieved and continuous growth is maintained.
- Reporting & Communicating: Working with the corporate team to report the performance metrics and work towards improvement of the same.
Qualifications

BDS or MDS
