Job Purpose

Planning, organising and implementation of business acquisition and achieving targeted market share for Orissa through acquisition and engagement of channel partners and overseeing operations and client servicing level in Mumbai with the objective of maximising sales.

Job Context & Major Challenges

Job Context:

The job is responsible for increasing and maintaining a high market share and AuM in Mumbai on the retail front by driving sales through acquisition, management and retention through different channels like Banking, National distribution, IFAs , PCGs and PSU Banks

Job Challenges:1.Increasing & maintaining the market share in a highly competitive environment keeping the bottom-line intact.

2.Ensuring the utmost penetration amongst channels and investors by ensuring highest level of servicing and effective contact management.

3.Talent motivation and retention in a highly competitive market

Ensuring effective contact management with the channel partners to share the ongoing product knowledge

Ensuring excellent service standards.

Value addition to both internal and external resources through trainings/ presentations on products & market.

Planning and implementing periodic events, contests & other promotional initiatives for the channel partners
KRA2Collecting intelligence on markets and be updated with the latest developments to aid decision-makingGet inputs from competitors, clients, distributors and market support team, collate and analyse this information to design a sales strategy.
KRA3Execution of business development and expansion plansEmpanelment of distributors and activating them.

Regular updation and education of distributors
KRA4Ensuring high standards of Client Servicing and Operations in allotted regionEnabling seamless communication and coordination with CS and Ops teams at branches and HO level to ensure high service standards
