Job Description

Job Title: Regional Head - Equity Sales

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Regional Head for Equity Sales to lead our sales team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the P&L, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive equity sales growth, increase market share, and enhance client relationships.

2. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of equity sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team targets are met.

3. P&L Management: Oversee and manage the P&L for the region, ensuring profitability and sustainability.

4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.

5. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, analyzing market data to identify opportunities and challenges.

6. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 7+ years of experience in equity sales, with a proven track record of leadership and business growth.

2. Qualifications: Graduation or MBA/CFA or relevant professional qualifications.

3. Skills: Strong leadership, sales, and analytical skills.
