We are looking for an experienced Sales leader to drive regional growth and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the entire team of Branch Managers & Relationship Managers
• Achieve revenue targets across broking & value-added products
• Drive cross-sales, NRI desk, and portfolio management initiatives of the branches
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure quality, and handle escalations
• Conduct regular training and product updates for the team

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 15 years of team handling experience in BFSI
• Strong knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Cross-Sales
• Proven leadership and strategic sales capabilities
• Certifications: NISM VA, VIII, XXIA, IRDA preferred
