Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship: Build and nurture client relationships, provide market insights, and understand client needs for better service delivery.
• Risk Management: Monitor market trends, identify risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategies for regional expansion, identify new business opportunities, and increase market share.
• Performance Management: Track performance metrics, coach and motivate team members, and achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
