Job Description

1. he primary objective of the Regional Unit Head (RUH) is to drive sales growth and ensure sustainable business development within the distributor channel with multi insurer tie up across key markets under their purview.
2. Support the achievement of assigned targets on a month-on-month basis including persistency targets and hence ensure delivering of measurable results through a team of CBMs.
3. Oversee the hiring of the FLSS team and facilitate a seamless onboarding process through the team of CBMs.
4. Accountable for managing employee attrition within the team at agreed levels
5. The RUH is responsible for- Translating the company's sales strategy into actionable plans across designated hubs, ensuring alignment with organizational directives.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidate should have experience working with distributors with mutli insurance tie ips. Build advantage and use share holder brand to create trust and positive brand image.
2. Age should be less than 43
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Banca Level 2 Team Handling
