About the Role
The RFSM will be responsible for managing 10–30 franchise stores, ensuring each store performs on revenue, operations, and customer experience. This role acts as the ground-level owner of franchise success post store launch.
Responsibilities
- Store Performance Ownership
- Manage revenue, orders, and retention across assigned stores
- Ensure consistent month-on-month growth
- Revenue Growth & Local Activation
- Plan and execute local marketing (societies, corporates, campaigns)
- Drive store walk-ins and order volume
- Franchisee Relationship Management
- Conduct weekly reviews with franchise partners
- Resolve operational, staff, and customer issues
- SOP Compliance & Store Audits
- Conduct regular and surprise store audits
- Ensure adherence to brand and operational standards
- Manpower Stability
- Ensure full staffing and backup manpower across stores
- Avoid operational disruptions
- Customer Experience
- Monitor ratings, complaints, and repeat customers
- Maintain high satisfaction levels (4.2+ rating)
- Problem Solving & Crisis Handling
- Handle breakdowns, staff shortages, escalations
- Ensure issue resolution within 24 hours
- Low-Performing Store Turnaround
- Identify weak stores and drive improvement initiatives
- Execute sales push, training, and process corrections
- Cross-Team Coordination
- Work with marketing, NSO, and operations teams
- Reporting & Data Tracking
- Maintain store-wise performance dashboards
- Track KPIs and regional metrics
