Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Order Management & Fulfilment

• Track the end-to-end order journey (B2C & B2B), from order creation to final delivery. • Coordinate with warehouse & logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and accurate deliveries. • Share regular order status updates and manage B2B documentation. • Provide demand/supply projections to warehouse & logistics teams for better planning.

2. Discrepancy & Returns Handling

• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies (shortages, damages, quality issues). • Manage B2C RTOs and B2B RTVs, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions. • Drive initiatives to reduce returns and improve delivery success rates.

3. Performance Reporting & Analysis

• Track key logistics KPIs: Fill rate, TAT (Order-to-Delivery), Cost performance, Inventory accuracy, and Discrepancy trends. • Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for management review. • Recommend process improvements based on data insights.

4. SOP Deployment & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs across all processes. • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy. • Train/guide warehouse staff and delivery partners on compliance and special requirements.

5. Partner Development

• Identify and onboard new logistics partners to strengthen delivery network. • Evaluate performance of logistics vendors and suggest improvements. • Support cost optimization while maintaining service levels.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (FMCG/e-commerce preferred) • Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment (B2C & B2B) and logistics workflows • Experience in managing logistics partners and tracking SLA performance • Hands-on experience in handling discrepancies, returns (RTO/RTV), and issue resolution • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and working with WMS/ERP systems • Ability to track and analyse key KPIs like TAT, fill rate, and cost performance • Experience in inventory audits, cycle counts, and SOP adherence • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment Tools/Software Proficiency
