Regional Digital Equipment Marketer (RDEM)

Position Summary

The Regional Digital Equipment Marketer (RDEM) is responsible for driving the growth, commercialization, and adoption of Buckman's digital solutions within the assigned region. The role partners closely commercial, operations, and global digital teams to ensure successful deployment, value creation, and adoption of digital solutions, while meeting regional requirements, growth targets, and platform compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities Commercialization of Digital Solutions

• Drive deployment and adoption of digital solutions (e.g., ACM, ABM, MCAi, Echowise) across Asia Pacific Region.

• Closely work with commercial teams to convert opportunities into new business by leveraging Buckman's offerings and technical expertise.

• Support sales teams with customer presentations, ROI discussions, and trial execution.

• Support equipment start-ups, commissioning, and installations in collaboration with both internal (sales, commercial, technical) and external (customers, distributors) teams.

• Provide field and remote technical support during deployments and early lifecycle stabilization.

• Participate in expos, conferences, and customer events to promote Buckman's offerings.

Digital Solutions – Adoption and User Engagement

• Monitor and track regional digital performance metrics through defined dashboards and reporting tools.

• Ensure 100% user adoption or as defined by the leadership team and compliance of our digital features/tools.

• Manage beta trials and collate user feedback for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with regional commercial teams, distributors, and customers to accelerate adoption and growth.

• Collaborate with global digital, product, supply chain, IL, and service teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.

• Act as the regional point of contact for digital initiatives and escalation Feedback .

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Collect and consolidate customer, distributor, and field feedback on equipment, features, and usability.

• Share structured feedback with global digital and product teams to support enhancements and bug fixes.

• Support testing, validation, and release readiness to ensure zero critical issues post-deployment. • Identify opportunities for localization, standardization, and process improvement within the region.

Training & Enablement

• Deliver training and enablement sessions for both internal and external users.

• Support onboarding and capability building to ensure sustainable adoption and usage. • Provide coaching and guidance on best practices for digital equipment deployment and usage.

Safety, Compliance & Governance

• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and compliance standards during field visits and site activities.

• Maintain required documentation, SOPs, and audit readiness for regional digital equipment operations.

• Demonstrate disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership of regional outcomes.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or a related technical field

• Advanced technical or business qualifications are an advantage Experience

• Experience in digital solutions, equipment commercialization, or technical sales support

• Strong understanding of industrial, chemical, water, or process equipment environments

• Hands-on experience supporting deployments, customers, or field operations preferred
