Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Customer Relations Manager to drive customer satisfaction, enhance service quality, and strengthen customer loyalty across the region. The role focuses on CSI improvement, effective complaint management, CRM team performance, and data-driven decision-making to deliver a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty initiatives across the region
  • Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Lead and manage CRM teams to achieve performance benchmarks
  • Implement and track customer loyalty programs
  • Analyze customer data and service metrics to identify improvement areas
  • Coordinate with dealers and service teams to enhance customer experience
  • Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and performance reports
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
