Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

Managing a team of Area Credit Managers, Branch Credit Managers, Credit Executives, CPAs
Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness.
Pre and post sanction credit risk compliance.
Responsible for controlling delinquencies through portfolio review especially monitoring non-starters portfolio.
Control on portfolio performance.
Underwrite specific retail loan proposals and prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).
Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met
Manage the team of Credit officers, Credit Admin and off roll staff

Candidate Profile required:

Post Graduate/Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of work experience in Credit Management for LAP
Experience in NBFC / Banking
Knowledge of MS office
Should have experience in underwriting of LAP for salaried, self employed and MSMEs
