Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Area Credit Managers, Branch Credit Managers, Credit Executives, CPAs
- Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness.
- Pre and post sanction credit risk compliance.
- Responsible for controlling delinquencies through portfolio review especially monitoring non-starters portfolio.
- Control on portfolio performance.
- Underwrite specific retail loan proposals and prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).
- Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met
- Manage the team of Credit officers, Credit Admin and off roll staff
- Post Graduate/Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of work experience in Credit Management for LAP
- Experience in NBFC / Banking
- Knowledge of MS office
- Should have experience in underwriting of LAP for salaried, self employed and MSMEs
- Good communication Skills High on integrity
- Outgoing & Self motivated
