ROLE SUMMARY:
The Funds Content team delivers timely, trusted, and highquality data that supports global investment workflows, fund research, performance analysis, and industry benchmarking. As an Operations Manager, you will lead operational teams responsible for content accuracy, consistency, and delivery performance.
This role is a key contributor to LSEG's modernization agenda. You will drive adoption of new technologies, lead automation and workflow transformation, and build a futureready workforce through targeted technical upskilling. You will partner with distributed team members to evolve how we produce, manage, and deliver Funds Content at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Operational Leadership
- Lead daytoday operations for Funds Content, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, productivity, and quality targets are consistently met.
- Manage, coach, and develop a hybrid team of Team Leaders and through structured performance enablement and continuous skills development.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to build a strong, diverse, and capable team.
Technology Modernization & Process Transformation
- Introduce and embed modern tools, automation, and digital workflows within Funds Content operations.
- Drive efficiency gains and waste reduction using Business Process Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Data Strategy teams to implement new technology and ensure smooth operational adoption.
- Champion technical upskilling across the team, including SQL, Python, data quality tooling, workflow automation, and new platform capabilities.
Customer Management & CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Act as the primary customer concern contact for internal and external client inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with partners across LSEG: Product, Data Strategy, Sales & Account Management (SAM), Engineering, Service & Quality, and other Operations teams.
- Drive alignment and share procedures across locations to support global consistency and operational excellence.
Performance, Culture, and Change Leadership
- Communicate a clear operational vision, aligning teams to divisional objectives and key results.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, technical growth, and change readiness.
- Promote diversity of talent, team mobility (grow and flow), and active engagement in crossfunctional initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an operational or contentfocused environment.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver against operational SLAs.
- Demonstrated capability in solving complex business challenges.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of Funds Content or related financial datasets is an advantage.
- Experience delivering process improvements, automation initiatives, or digital transformations.
- Strong communication and writing skills, including preparation of clientfacing documentation.
- Customerfacing experience beneficial.
- Interest or experience in technical skill development (SQL, Python, workflow tools, automated QA).
- Ability to lead teams through change in a fastevolving environment.

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between z188,000 - z297,400. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (bonus plan). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
