Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
- Input and maintain facility master data on Dynamics 365.
- Implement system updates and enhancements.
- Serve as the main contact for the Americas region and support other regions.
- Design CMMS views, dashboards, and reports.
Work Order Management:
- Manage work order transactions and generate required reports.
- Establish and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and work order release timelines.
- Track asset downtime, labor costs, and scheduled vs. unscheduled repairs.
- Chart MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) for assets.
- Create and maintain KPI scorecards and perform analysis against targets.
Checklist Management:
- Create new task plans and map them to PM schedules.
- Support facilities team with task plan updates and track checklist trends at the asset level.
Inventory Management:
- Manage total inventory, establish unique item numbers, and track parts utilization.
- Maintain vendor/supplier lists and manage inventory returns.
- Determine repair/PM costs per assignment and set reorder points.
Labor Records:
- Track labor costs for work orders and assets.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and support scheduling.
Task/Procedure Management:
- Define and document procedures for all tasks and users.
- Establish common tasks for related work orders and train new personnel on CMMS.
