Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
- Input and maintain facility master data on Dynamics 365.
- Implement system updates and manage CMMS support across regions.
- Design CMMS views, dashboards, and reports.
Work Order Management:
- Manage the work order system, supervise transactions, and generate management reports.
- Establish preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and ensure timely work order release.
- Track asset downtime, labor costs, and performance metrics (MTBF, MTTR).
- Develop KPI scorecards and analyze performance against targets.
Checklist & Task Management:
- Create and map task plans to PM schedules.
- Update preventive maintenance tasks and scheduled events.
- Define procedures for all tasks and provide user instructions.
- Train new personnel on CMMS usage.
Inventory Management:
- Manage total inventory and track parts utilization.
- Maintain vendor and supplier information.
- Set minimum/maximum reorder points and support inventory returns.
- Determine repair/PM costs per assignment.
Labor Records:
- Track labor costs for work orders and assets.
- Ensure resources are properly mapped for labor allocation.
- Support scheduling of labor for facilities team.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and present findings to management.
- Manage special projects and integration with other tools.
- Support continuous improvement of CMMS processes.
