Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential schools and coaching institutes to generate new business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct meetings with key stakeholders such as principals, vice-principals, and coordinators
- Deliver on-site product demonstrations and present solutions in a consultative manner
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and decision timelines to create tailored proposals
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
- Manage post-sales relationships through regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct periodic reviews with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Generate referrals by building strong relationships with satisfied clients
- Explore and develop business opportunities with coaching institutes and large education chains
- Participate in government tenders by identifying opportunities and supporting proposal submissions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, pricing alignment, and compliance
- Track sales performance and maintain regular reporting on pipeline and conversions
