Job Title: Channel Sales Manager /Partner Sales Manager

Experience: 2 + Years (preferably in AV / IT / EdTech / Electronics)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage channel partners (distributors, dealers, system integrators) for AV products such as Interactive Flat Panels, Smart Boards, Projectors, and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand channel partner network across assigned region
- Appoint, train, and manage distributors, dealers, and system integrators
- Drive sales through channel partners to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities in education, corporate, and government sectors
- Support partners in lead generation, product demos, and closures
- Manage partner relationships and ensure high engagement and performance
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, supply, and support
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in channel sales in AV / IT / Electronics industry
- Strong network of dealers, distributors, and integrators
- Good understanding of AV products (IFP, Projectors, VC solutions, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling government or institutional sales
- Knowledge of tender-based sales process
- Strong presentation and demo skills
