Job Description

Job Title: Channel Sales Manager /Partner Sales Manager

Location: [delhi]

Experience: 2 + Years (preferably in AV / IT / EdTech / Electronics)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage channel partners (distributors, dealers, system integrators) for AV products such as Interactive Flat Panels, Smart Boards, Projectors, and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand channel partner network across assigned region
  • Appoint, train, and manage distributors, dealers, and system integrators
  • Drive sales through channel partners to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities in education, corporate, and government sectors
  • Support partners in lead generation, product demos, and closures
  • Manage partner relationships and ensure high engagement and performance
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, supply, and support

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in channel sales in AV / IT / Electronics industry
  • Strong network of dealers, distributors, and integrators
  • Good understanding of AV products (IFP, Projectors, VC solutions, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling government or institutional sales
  • Knowledge of tender-based sales process
  • Strong presentation and demo skills
