Job Description

Adtech Systems Limited is a leading provider of electronic security solutions, helping organizations safeguard their people, assets, and operations since 1990. With over 5,000 customers across India, Adtech partners with globally recognized security technology manufacturers to deliver innovative solutions that address challenges such as shoplifting, burglary, employee theft, access control, surveillance, and inventory tracking.

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive regional business expansion and lead a small team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Lead and manage a team of 2–3 Business Development Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance monitoring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retail chains, channel partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote Adtech's electronic security solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design customized security solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecast business opportunities, and maintain accurate records through CRM systems.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business planning and product positioning.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
  • Travel within the assigned region as required for customer meetings and business development activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in electronic security, technology, automation, surveillance, or related B2B industries.
  • Prior experience managing a regional territory and leading a team of 2–3 sales executives is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and sales closure.
  • Ability to understand technical products and convert features into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and confident personality.
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven relationship-building abilities.
  • Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
