Regional Business Head Enterprise HR Tech (HCM SaaS)
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets including enterprise acquisition, renewals, and account expansion.
- Drive enterprise HCM SaaS sales engagements and lead complex deal closures.
- Engage directly with CHROs, HR Heads, CIOs, and CTOs to build strategic customer relationships.
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts through renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Lead and mentor regional sales, inside sales, and key account management teams to achieve targets.
- Maintain strong pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, and quarterly performance delivery.
- Collaborate with Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and retention.
- Handle executive-level client escalations and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Experience Required
- 1822+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, HR Tech, HCM, ERP, or enterprise software sales leadership roles.
- Proven regional revenue ownership or P&L accountability.
- Strong experience managing enterprise sales cycles and CXO-level stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated success in large enterprise deal closures and account growth.
- HR Tech or enterprise SaaS product company experience preferred.
