Key Roles Responsibilities

  • Strategy Business Planning
  • Drive strategic planning to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Monitor cluster/group performance and implement incentive schemes.
  • Provide inputs on product improvements, new launches, and sales process enhancements.
  • Sales Growth Cost Management
  • Ensure achievement of premium and productivity targets.
  • Drive successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Review monthly performance, backlog, and customer insights.
  • Manage regional PL and profitability.
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Bank branches, POS, and distributors.
  • Ensure clear communication and timely query resolution.
  • Drive penetration and activation across mapped branches.
  • Customer Satisfaction Retention
  • Monitor customer satisfaction index (complaints, persistency, service standards).
  • Ensure superior customer sales experience and timely service delivery.
  • People Management
  • Execute recruitment training plans aligned with business goals.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop TLs/ABHs and team members.
  • Handle critical people issues and succession planning.
  • Campaign Activity Management
  • Drive campaign effectiveness, SLA adherence, and productivity.
  • Weekly reviews of TLs/ABHs on running campaigns.
  • Ensure 80%+ login-to-issuance ratio as per defined TAT.
  • Share best practices and ensure process efficiencies.
  • Technology Process Governance
  • Ensure smooth technological support and CRM utilization.
  • Address escalations and activity-related complaints.
  • Maintain strong process adherence and quality standards (QRC closure, call quality monitoring).
  • Data, Compliance Risk
  • Use data-driven insights for cross-sell and business expansion.
  • Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with risk teams for proactive risk mitigation.
