  • Strategy to enhance existing market share.
  • Achieving the Budget making the branch a profit center.
  • Be in touch with the market, competition schemes, and strategies and counter strategies.
  • Managing the working capital.
  • Managing & Developing the branch sales, service, Logistics & F&C staff systematically.
  • Keeping proper tracking of the Logistics at the branch level.
  • Ensuring administrative and commercial discipline.
  • Ensuring proper network expansion like Retail, SSDs & Institutions.
