As we enter our next phase of growth, with new products, digital offerings, and deeper enterprise partnerships, we are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager (India) to amplify revenue growth, client partnerships, and account expansion across the country.

The Role

This is a high-impact role responsible for growing and managing enterprise client relationships in India, driving new business, and expanding existing accounts. You will work closely with TransforMe's leadership team, and delivery teams to convert trust into long-term partnerships.

This role reports into the National Head of Sales and plays a critical role in shaping how TransforMe scales in India

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the single point of contact for key enterprise clients
  2. Build trusted relationships with CHROs, business leaders, and senior stakeholders
  3. Drive hunting and farming activities to secure new clients and drive repeat businessBuild and manage a strong pipeline through strategic outreach, referrals, LinkedIn engagement, and email marketing
  4. Lead discovery conversations, create proposals, and support senior leadership in closing high-value deals
  5. Meet and exceed revenue targets through disciplined follow-up and negotiation
  6. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, trainers, and operations for aligned execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be goal oriented, self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere, in addition to having the following:

  • 47+ years experience in business development, account management, or professional services (experience in leadership development, consulting, L&D, or coaching is a strong advantage)
  • Proven ability to close and grow enterprise accounts and consistently meet revenue targets
  • Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgement, communication skills, and stakeholder management ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
  • Active and credible presence on LinkedIn; familiarity with CRM systems and digital outreach tools
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with ownership and discipline

Role Details
  • Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid, travel required)
  • Location: Pan-India (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi preferred
  • Compensation:
  • Fixed Annual CTC: 12,00,000 16,00,000 (depending on experience)
  • Highly attractive performance-linked incentive structure (details shared during interview)
