Job Purpose
This role is critical in driving business growth across South & West India. The incumbent
will focus on new customer acquisition, strengthening existing relationships, and
contributing significantly to revenue growth aligned with the organization's 5X growth
strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop short- and long-term business strategies for South & West regions.
Drive positioning of the organization as a trusted automotive component partner.
Monitor financial performance and optimize resources to achieve P&L targets.
Ensure competitive pricing through detailed product costing.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business case preparation.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand business opportunities.
Identify and develop new markets beyond current OEM segments.
Drive lead generation through marketing activities such as visits, exhibitions, and digital
outreach.
Track market trends, new vehicle launches, and competitor strategies.
Manage RFQs, quotations, and end-to-end customer acquisition processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
Ensure timely order closure and revenue realization.
Maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders and customers.
Ensure efficient supply chain coordination for business continuity.
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate pricing, cost settlements, and commercial negotiations.
Ensure timely collections in line with credit policies.
Maintain strong coordination with finance and operations teams.

Participate in training and development initiatives.
Ensure timely reporting, MIS updates, and compliance.
