Who is this role for
We are looking for Business Development Associates who are eager to work with Preschools/schools, understand their growth journey, and represent Bright Edge Edu in advancing our ecosystem across multiple cities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market and territory research to identify potential schools and new business opportunities.
Primarily engage schools through telecalling, with in-person school visits as required.
Reach out to school administrators and decision-makers to generate and nurture leads.
Present and promote the company's products and services effectively.
Manage the sales process and close business deals successfully.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and share regular sales and market feedback with management.
