Job Title-Regional Branch Head (or Regional Manager), Fintech

Experience- 8-12 Years

Location-Mumbai / Pune / Nagpur

Notice-Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements:-

To lead and manage retail broking operations across all branches in the region with a focus on revenue growth, compliance, client acquisition, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibility:-

Drive the revenue growth across all branches in the region through effective product penetration (Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, wealth etc.).

Lead business development initiatives to expand the client base - retail, affluent, and HNI segments.

Own the P&L for the region, ensuring profitability through effective cost management and revenue optimization.

Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and internal policies across all branches.

Guide and monitor Branch Managers and front-line teams to achieve sales targets across all investment products.

Ensure superior client service Ensure superior client service and retention, especially for top-tier clients (HNI/UHNI).

Oversee the execution of marketing and client engagement campaigns in the region.

Collaborate with the product, research, and digital teams to drive cross-selling and digital adoption.
