Job Title      -     Regional Branch Head (or Regional Manager), Fintech

Experience  -     8-12 Years

Location     -      Mumbai / Pune / Nagpur

Notice        -       Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements:-

To lead and manage retail broking operations across all branches in the region with a focus on revenue growth, compliance, client acquisition, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibility:-

·        Drive the revenue growth across all branches in the region through effective product penetration (Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, wealth etc.).

·        Lead business development initiatives to expand the client base - retail, affluent, and HNI segments.

·        Own the P&L for the region, ensuring profitability through effective cost management and revenue optimization.

·        Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and internal policies across all branches.

·        Guide and monitor Branch Managers and front-line teams to achieve sales targets across all investment products.

·        Ensure superior client service Ensure superior client service and retention, especially for top-tier clients (HNI/UHNI).

·        Oversee the execution of marketing and client engagement campaigns in the region.

·        Collaborate with the product, research, and digital teams to drive cross-selling and digital adoption.
