About Our Client:
A leading financial data intelligence and analytics company serving India's banks, NBFCs, fintechs, investment advisors, and wealth management platforms.
What You'll Be Doing:
This is a high-impact, mix of account management and hunting role where you will be
responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients and managing a defined
set of clients. You'll drive growth by building a robust sales pipeline, engaging
key decision-makers at financial institutions, and positioning our platform as a core driver
of digital transformation. Success in this role demands a deep understanding of fintech,
strategic selling, and the ability to build trusted relationships from the ground up.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients across banking, NBFCs, and fintechs. Build a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, events, and inbound lead conversion.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs deeply and position offerings as strategic solutions tailored to those needs. Deliver compelling product demos and proposals.
- Alliance Coordination: Collaborate with alliance partners and their sales teams to ensure joint initiatives align with client success objectives and product growth.
- Market Development: Analyze regional market dynamics, identify white spaces, and develop go-to-market strategies to drive penetration in new segments or geographies.
- Revenue Accountability: Own monthly/quarterly sales targets and work toward achieving and exceeding them consistently.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse and interpret customer usage data to spot trends, correlations, and opportunities. Use these insights to create strategies for increasing user engagement and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 4-8 years in a Sales, Business Development, or Partnership
- Management role, preferably in a SaaS, BFSI, fintech, B2B, or B2C environment managing large accounts.
- Education: Graduation in any field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret usage data, recognize patterns, and draw data-driven conclusions.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable in remote and in-person meetings.
- A solid understanding of fintech trends and the evolving needs of financial institutions.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently in South India regions.
