Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the refund requests data received from the customer service team.
- Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of refund details before initiating refunds via Shopify, Clickpost, Gokwik, and COD platforms.
- Communicate promptly with the customer success team regarding any unprocessed refunds, providing clear reasons.
- Ensure all refunds are processed within defined daily timelines.
- Assist in the reconciliation and reporting of refund activities on a weekly basis.
- Prepare credit notes for processed refunds and map them accurately with corresponding bank entries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Maintain high attention to detail to prevent errors and support audit/compliance requirements.
